COVID-19 Health, Safety & Flower Delivery Update

Dear Customers, due to the crisis, we have suspended all deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes and apartment buildings.  Due to supply chain issues some floral or plant substitutions may be necessary. Fruit and candy baskets have also been temporarily suspended. The Parma Flower Shop will be available to help you place your order by phone, email, text or online.  If you have any questions please feel free to call us from 8:30 am until 8:00 pm daily. We will be available for funeral consultations as well.

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of service and excellence to our customers. We are here to serve you and continue to operate safely and effectively.

At The Parma Flower Shop, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners.

We are closely monitoring the situation and adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We regularly sanitize all work stations, shared spaces, delivery vehicles, and products. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers. Still, we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains our top priority.

Our website needs to have posted hours to receive online orders. The website will be receiving online orders 24 hours a day. The staff will only be on premises when necessary to fill funeral orders, and those hours will vary on necessity.  We thank everyone for their understanding at this time.
